Instruction of MS-TEAMS meeting (Click!)
Can I check if I can access the meeting room before the symposium?
Yes, please access the meeing rooms freely! These meeting roooms will be actually used.
Only participants of the Combustion Symposium can access the meeting rooms. You need to sign in with your symposium account.
You can freely access from Room A to E. Your entry and exit will be automatically recorded.
If you are a presenter, you can practice sharing your presentation material.
* The presentation is the playback of the posted video. Presenters are requested to prepare the presentation materials used for the Q&A session.
If you can enter the meeting room, then you have successfully accessed it even if there are no other people.
You have successfully accessed a live event if the message "The live event hasn't started" is displayed. Speakers will be informed another way to access separately.
* Keynote lectures 1 to 3 and the carbon neutral workshop are open to the public, so they cannot be used to check successful connections.
You can also access the REMO room by clicking the link on the program page. Please use the email address you used to register for the symposium.
I am worried if I have access to the proceedings.
Click here! If you have correctly accessed, "Instruction of TEAMS meeting" will be displayed.
