Oral Presentation Instructions
- Presentations should last no longer than 20 minutes to allow 5 minutes for questions.
- Session chair will close your presentation, when your time is up. Please do not exceed the time limit (15 minutes).
- A PC projector and a laser pointer are available for presentation in each room. The connection is a HDMI cable between the projector and your PC.
- Speakers are strongly encouraged to check the connectivity between the projector and your own PC in advance.
Poster Presentation Instructions
- Maximum acceptable poster dimensions (width x height): 33.1'' x 46.8'' (A0 portrait).
- Please check the time of your session on the final program in the web page.
- Please attach your poster to the poster board indicated with your personal poster number before the session will be opened.
- Excellent poster will be awarded in the symposium banquet.
